All professional termite treatments are designed to eliminate existing infestations in your home and prevent future ones. Unfortunately, this does not guarantee that termites will not return. CRC emphasizes that routine inspections are the best way to protect your home from termites.

CRC offers two types of Renewable Warranties each includes an Annual Inspection and Treatment of your home or property for Subterranean Termites.

Lifetime Damage Repair Warranty
A Damage Repair Warranty guarantees that CRC Services Termite & Pest Control will apply any necessary additional treatment to premises covered, at no extra charge. If NEW structural damage to the Premises is caused by Eastern Subterranean Termites during the term of this Agreement or any renewal periods, then CRC services Termite & Pest Control will repair such damage, up to $100,000 per occurrence.

No Transfer Fee!
Fully Transferrable to any subsequent owner AT NO Additional Charge.

Retreatment Warranty
A Retreatment Warranty or Bond insures that CRC will retreat any area in which termites are found. This type of warranty does not require CRC to repair any damage that termites may cause to the home or property.
